Terms and Conditions

Users

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") apply to all users of the AI PREDICTION service, whether they are using the free or paid version of the service. Users are referred to as "Users" in these Terms.

Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years of age to use the AI PREDICTION service.

Account Registration

To register for an account, Users must provide certain personal information to AI PREDICTION, as determined by AI PREDICTION in its sole discretion. This information may include the User's name, email address, and mobile phone number. Users agree to provide and maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date account information.

User Account Security

Users are responsible for all activities that occur under their account and agree to keep their account name and password confidential.

Acceptable Use

Users agree and undertake that they will not engage in any activity that is in violation of or may be in violation of these Terms and/or any applicable law, or that AI PREDICTION considers to be inappropriate in its sole discretion.

Intellectual Property

All content on the AI PREDICTION website and application is the intellectual property of AI PREDICTION and is protected by copyright and other laws. AI PREDICTION may refuse to register all or any accounts in its sole discretion.

Restrictions on Use of Content

Users understand and agree that the Content is for personal, non-commercial use only. Users may not, and may not arrange, assist or cause any third party to, copy, reproduce, transmit, distribute, disseminate, distribute, redistribute, broadcast, stream, store by any means, display, modify, sell or transfer or participate in the sale or transfer or offer to sell (all or any part) of the Content or create derivative works or re-develop it in any way.

No Ownership of Content

Users do not have any right, title or interest in any or any part of the Content, and AI PREDICTION reserves all intellectual property or ownership rights in the Content, including but not limited to the right to exercise such rights in any situation where these Terms do not expressly permit the use of any Content.

Account Termination

AI PREDICTION reserves the absolute right to suspend or delete any User account (temporarily, permanently or otherwise) without providing any reference or prior notice to the User.

Transfer of Accounts

Each account is for the exclusive use of the User and belongs solely to the User of the account. Users may not transfer or lend their account to any third party, and their account may not be inherited by any third party without the prior written consent of AI PREDICTION.

Compliance with Laws and Agreements

Each User hereby warrants that any activity undertaken in connection with the registration and use of the Account does not and will not constitute or result in a breach of any agreement or arrangement between the User and an organization and/or any applicable laws, rules, regulations and guidelines that the User is required to comply with, or is in conflict with or causes a breach of such agreements or arrangements.

Accuracy of Data

All data is subject to error due to horse withdrawals, server instability or other reasons. Users assume all risk of using the Application and AI PREDICTION is not responsible for any loss/damage that may result. It will not also make any refunds or compensation.

User Responsibility

Users assume all risk of using the Application and are solely responsible for their actions and the results of their use of the Application.

Limitation of Liability

While AI PREDICTION may take necessary and appropriate action upon becoming aware of any User's use of the Application in a manner that violates these Terms and/or any applicable law, AI PREDICTION shall not be liable to any User or other person for correcting or preventing such violations, nor shall it be liable for any loss/damage that may result.

Subscription Fees and Cancellation

Subscriptions are non-refundable once a new subscription period has begun. There are no partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription. To cancel your subscription and avoid future charges, please inform AI PREDICTION [insert instructions for subscription cancellation, e.g., via email to service@ai-prediction.club / AIP Facebook Page / WhatsApp.

Changes to Terms

AI PREDICTION may change these Terms at any time. Such changes will be effective upon posting on the AI PREDICTION website or application. Users are responsible for reviewing these Terms regularly and agreeing to the latest version of these Terms before continuing to use the Application.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong and Singapore, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be finally and exclusively resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Singapore Arbitration Centre Arbitration Rules in force at the time the dispute arises. The arbitration shall be conducted in Singapore and the arbitral award shall be binding and enforceable in accordance with the law applicable in Singapore.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between AI PREDICTION and the User with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
